JUNE MONTHLY MARET UPDATE

It’s hard to believe the first half of 2024 has passed and we are now in the new financial year! There’s no denying that the question on everyone’s lips is, “where is the property market headed for the second half of this year?”

Well, despite continued interest rate rises earlier this year and the usual doom and gloom from the media, general enquiries have increased, as well as open home numbers, giving no doubt that buyer activity is increasing as the market stabilizes going into the second half of the year. We are confident that we will continue to see a strengthening local market, and although campaign days on market are still longer than average, we are starting to see a return to consistent sales across all our offices.

The past month has remained steady, with 8 sales amongst our agents. Achieving amazing results across the board 3 Scotia Street, Gerringong sold after only 13 days on the market for $1,357,000 by Nana Coburn and Jason Stalgis. Angie Ritchie and Ryan Stalgis achieved a fantastic result on 42 Armstrong Avenue, Gerringong for $1,950,000. 5/17 Saddleback Mountain Road, Kiama sold by Sam Lathbury for a great price of $710,000.
